Welcome to Voxy AI ("we," "our," "us," or "Voxy AI"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Voxy AI companion application (the "App"), our website, and related services (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you consent to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• All intellectual property in the App and Services—logos, text, code, designs—are owned by Voxy AI or licensed to it.
• You retain ownership of any content you input, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, store, process, and display that content to deliver the Services.

5. User Conduct

You must not:

• Use the App for illegal or harmful activities.
• Transmit viruses, malware, spam, or other harmful data.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Voxy AI harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App,
• Your violation of these Terms,
• Any user content you submit.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at any time without notice or liability if you breach these Terms, or for any lawful reason.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
